The program

Build Salesforce skills for the AI era. This professional program combines core Salesforce administration, security, data management, reporting, Flow automation and Agentforce in one structured learning journey.

Learners work through live demonstrations, guided practice and realistic business scenarios, then apply the skills in a single end-to-end project that brings administration, automation, analytics and AI together.

The primary certification-preparation focus is Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator. The Agentforce curriculum also develops knowledge relevant to the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist learning path. Official Salesforce certifications are awarded separately by Salesforce.

Salesforce administration is no longer only about configuration. The administrators who matter most now are the ones who can automate a process end to end, then judge where an AI agent genuinely helps and where it should hand back to a person.

This program teaches both halves together, on one project, so the connective tissue between them is never abstract.

Why this program

Why professionals pick this over a video course

Interact with an instructor in real time instead of relying only on recorded videos.

  • Administration and AI in one path

Connect Salesforce fundamentals with Flow automation and Agentforce rather than treating them as separate courses.

  • Learn by doing

Practise configuration, security, data, reports, automation and agent design in every session.

  • One integrated project

Build a solution you can discuss in interviews and show in a professional portfolio.

  • Certification preparation

Structured review and scenario practice aligned to the intended certification paths.

  • Built for working professionals

Three focused live sessions per week, with time between classes for practice.

The real-world project

Build an AI-powered sales and customer service solution

Learners act as the Salesforce administrator for a fictional growing company that needs a scalable CRM for sales and customer service, wants to reduce repetitive work with automation, and wants to introduce an Agentforce experience for an approved business use case.

The organisation manages leads, customers, opportunities and support requests across multiple teams. Its current process has inconsistent access controls, manual updates, limited management reporting and repetitive service tasks. The learner designs and configures a Salesforce solution that improves the process end to end.

  1. 01A data model for customers, sales and service processes
  2. 02Users, roles, permissions, sharing and appropriate access controls
  3. 03Lead-to-opportunity and customer-service configuration
  4. 04Flow automation for a meaningful multi-step business process
  5. 05Management reports and an executive dashboard
  6. 06A scoped Agentforce use case connected to approved data and actions
  7. 07Testing scenarios, guardrails and documented solution decisions

How it builds, week by week

  1. 01Business requirements
  2. 02Solution design
  3. 03Salesforce configuration
  4. 04Security model
  5. 05Flow automation
  6. 06Reports & dashboard
  7. 07Agentforce experience
  8. 08Testing
  9. 09Documentation
  10. 10Final demonstration

Graduate with a project you can explain, demonstrate and discuss in interviews, not just a record of course attendance.

Priya has spent eleven years building and rescuing Salesforce orgs across financial services, healthcare and logistics. She works hands-on as an architect and consultant, which means the trade-offs she teaches are the ones she made last week: when to reach for Flow rather than code, how to keep a sharing model comprehensible as an org grows, and where an agent genuinely reduces service load rather than adding a new thing to maintain.

Certification

Certification preparation

Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

Structured preparation for Platform Administrator concepts through instructor explanation, hands-on practice, scenario review and revision guidance. Certification blueprints change, so the curriculum is validated against the current official exam guide before each cohort.

Agentforce Specialist learning path

The Agentforce modules develop practical knowledge relevant to the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist learning path, including agent configuration, AI workflows, grounding, testing, governance and optimisation.

Important. Course completion does not make a learner Salesforce certified. Official Salesforce certifications are awarded separately by Salesforce, after the learner meets Salesforce requirements and passes the applicable exam. Exam fees are not included unless the enrolment page explicitly states otherwise.

Placeholder content. These quotes are written examples, not real learners. Replace them with permissioned testimonials, or remove the section, before this site goes live.

  • The project is the thing. I had something concrete to open in interviews and talk through, rather than a certificate and a vague memory of some videos.

  • Three sessions a week around a full-time job was demanding but workable. The recordings covered the two classes I missed, and the instructor answered my question about my own org, not a generic example.
