Cooling-off and refund window
State the exact window here, for example a full refund if requested before a stated number of live sessions have been delivered. Publish this before checkout, and state whether it differs by region.
After the window
Set out clearly whether partial refunds, credits or transfers to a later cohort are available, and any administrative fee applied.
If we cancel or reschedule
If a cohort is cancelled, or rescheduled in a way that no longer works for you, you may transfer to a future cohort or receive a full refund of fees paid.
Exam fees
Official vendor certification exam fees are not part of the program fee unless the enrolment page states otherwise, and are governed by the vendor's own terms.
How to request a refund
Email admissions@skillupzen.com with your name, cohort and reason. State your processing time and the method by which refunds are returned.
