1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern enrolment in and use of programs provided by Skillupzen. Enrolling confirms acceptance of them. Replace this section with the registered entity name, jurisdiction and registration details.
2. What enrolment includes
Enrolment grants a named individual access to the live sessions of one cohort, the supporting materials, and the recording-access period stated on the enrolment page. Access is personal and non-transferable.
3. What enrolment does not include
- Official vendor certification exams, exam fees or exam vouchers, unless the enrolment page explicitly states otherwise.
- Any paid software licence or practice environment not explicitly listed.
- Any guarantee of employment, salary, interview or examination outcome.
4. Cohort changes
Cohort dates and session times may be adjusted for operational reasons. Material changes are notified in advance, and learners affected may transfer to a later cohort or request a refund under the refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials remain the property of the academy or its instructors. Recording, redistributing or republishing sessions and materials is not permitted. Work you produce during your project remains yours.
6. Conduct
Cohorts are shared learning spaces. Behaviour that disrupts teaching or harasses other learners may result in removal without refund.
7. Liability and governing law
To be completed with legal advice, including limitation of liability, dispute resolution and the governing jurisdiction for each region served.
